ABSTRACT

The hydraulic sugarcane juicer machine gives fresh, pure and hygienic juice every time. The method of using this machine is we just need to insert the sugarcane in the tray and by applying effort to the lever of the hand pump, the piston moves in upward direction and meshes the upper plates and crush the sugarcane in the tray. The pressurized hydraulic oil is used to lift the working piston. The machine is compact. The machine is efficient with less maintenance. No fuel is needed for working.The working cost of the machine is very low as no diesel or electricity is used and can be handled by a single person itself.
