HEXABOT-A SIX LEG ROBOT

The main concept of making a legged robot is it can easily walk on the irregular surfaces where the wheels may get stuck or slip. The mechanism is the same as humans walking mechanism it will move step by step. It can traverse uneven ground, step over obstacles and choose footholds to maximize stability and traction. It can be useful for transportation of light weight metals and instruments in industries. By attaching the chair at the top and by programming the microcontroller it can be vehicle for the handicapped people. As per the use the material can be changed and the efficiency of the robot can be also be increased by taking more efficient motors and battery.
