Food Processing Machine



Food processing is the transformation of raw ingredients into food, or of food into other forms. Food processing typically takes clean, harvested crops and uses these to produce attractive, marketable and often long shelf-life food products. The existing machines used by hawkers & street vendors to process this stuff on a smaller scale & business in India are mainly manually operated causing to the loss of flavour of juice produced. This is also responsible for causing degradation in quality due to presence of organic wastes & decomposition of pulp. The machine design discussed herewith will address the issues mentioned above by altering the existing mechanism so as to impart better food in terms of quality & quantity.
