Ampu Check is the automatic quality test instrument. Working mechanism of auto Ampu check is below. Mainly we divide hole instrument in four part.
First part is level check of filling volume. This part is for to check volume. This working on laser detection. Second Pert to check black and white particle check. We put HD webcam and magnify glass for 100x Zoom.This is work on mechanism of super image impose.
First i put clean image then super impose all image and check particle of micron size. Third step is to check nano size particle. I made by helping of microscope and webcam. Than last step is to check leakage. We use dye test for it. We put dye filled container at the end of conveyor belt so direct fall in it. This instrument is cost effective and also automatic so get more accuracy and less time consuming. This instrument is use pharma industry most.
