RIVER FACING FOUNTAIN BRIDGE

Ellis bridge was constructed in 1892.The total length of bridge is 480meter. Ellis bridge is needed to be restored as there are many cracks in bridge and piers are corroded; the load limit is also reduced. After the repair work is completed we intend to install river facing fountain on the side lane. For aesthetic purpose we wish to install fountain on each side. We will reuse the Sabarmati riverfront water for eco-green purpose by recycle of water .The atmosphere will be pleasant and algae accumulated near piers will be removed, mosquito menace will be gone, the water will become fresh and clean by filtration process. Additional light is to be installed for better view at night.
